Terms of Service
The agreement between you and IPTV USA when you buy and use a subscription.
1. Agreement
By purchasing or using an IPTV USA subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 or older to buy a subscription.
2. What the service is
We provide access to a streaming service delivering live channels and on-demand content over the internet. We do not manufacture hardware and we do not provide an internet connection; both are your responsibility.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — and for a set number of simultaneous connections. Payment is taken up front in USD. Nothing renews automatically; a term simply expires unless you buy another.
4. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for private, personal viewing in one household. You may not resell, rebroadcast, publicly perform, record for redistribution, or share credentials beyond the connection count you paid for. Exceeding the connection limit may cause streams to fail and repeated abuse may end the subscription without refund.
5. Content and rights
We do not own, host or claim broadcast rights to the channels or programmes reachable through the service, and nothing here transfers any such rights to you. Line-ups change as upstream availability changes; a specific channel being present today is not a guarantee it will remain.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages, your own connection and your device can all interrupt playback. Live sport is the most demanding case and we recommend a wired connection.
7. Support
Support is available 24/7 by live chat, email and WhatsApp for setup, playback and billing questions. We cannot provide support for hardware faults or for third-party applications we did not supply.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed programming.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate a subscription for breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful use. Where termination is for breach, no refund is due.
10. Governing terms
We may update these terms; the revision date below reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact@iptvservices.online.
