How to send a copyright notice, and how we respond to one.

1. Our position

IPTV USA does not host, own, upload or claim broadcast rights to any channel or programme reachable through the service. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

2. Filing a notice

Send notices to contact@iptvservices.online with "DMCA" in the subject line. A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material claimed to infringe and enough detail to locate it; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

3. What we do

We review valid notices promptly and, where the material is within our control, remove or disable access to it. We pass notices upstream to the relevant provider where the material is not ours to remove, and we record the notice against the account involved.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please be certain before filing. Questions: contact@iptvservices.online.
